VIP Stay

Some stays require something more.

At Andenes Suite Hotel, we understand that privacy, discretion and personal attention can be just as important as comfort and quality. Our VIP stays are designed for guests who value a seamless experience, with every detail considered before arrival and throughout their stay.

We have experience welcoming royalty, heads of government, international delegations, senior military representatives, professional athletes and their families, as well as discerning private guests who expect the highest standards of service.

Discreet by nature. Personal by design.

Every VIP booking is handled with complete confidentiality and a personal, independent approach. From the initial enquiry to departure, we work closely with each guest or their representative to understand individual preferences, requirements and expectations.

Whether you require a private arrangement, special room setup, tailored arrival, assistance with local arrangements or simply a stay where everything is taken care of quietly and efficiently, our team is here to make it happen.

We believe the most exceptional service is often the service that goes unnoticed.

The best of Andenes

Our top suites provide an exceptional base from which to experience Northern Norway — combining space, privacy and comfort with the distinctive character of Andenes.

For dining, we work closely with Arresten, one of Andenes’ leading restaurants, to offer our guests access to an outstanding local culinary experience. From carefully arranged private dinners to bespoke dining requests, we can help create an experience that complements your stay.

Your stay, privately arranged

For VIP guests, representatives, executive assistants and private travel planners, we are happy to discuss individual requirements and create a stay tailored entirely to your needs.

More Than a Stay

The finest experiences are found in the details. With our local knowledge and a carefully selected network of trusted partners, we can arrange private experiences, dining and other personal requests — creating a seamless stay shaped entirely around each guest.
